Why the ERP is needed in Miniature Precision Components -

Like all time other manufacturing companies there is an immense competition and changing customer demands it was getting difficult for the miniature company. They were using the mid quality ERP software which was integrated with many third party applications and the cost of labour and maintenance was also incurring more and more. So they needed for the more able ERP software to implement in their premise.

MPC performed well for initial years but with the increasing cost they were lagging behind three years from the current technology and they decided to imply the software of IQMS company which could better support their mission. They had many scattered databases which were needed to be used for better scheduling and maintenance with better reporting system.

After implementing the ERP software of IQMS  the MPC started processing all the orders in real time system which could provide all the progress in work and it also forced the new type of discipline in their taskforce and it was converted in to better disciplined environment.
